FAQ
No — Offsync is BYOK on every tier. You pay your provider directly (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter). We don't markup tokens. The subscription pays for the relay, mobile push, history retention, and team features.
Razorpay for Indian customers — UPI, cards, netbanking, all in INR with auto-included GST. Stripe for the rest of the world is on the roadmap (Phase 13). Enterprise customers can pay via wire / NEFT / RTGS against a quarterly invoice.
Cancel anytime from the dashboard. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds within 7 days of first charge — see refund policy.
Only the metadata needed to route an approval — file path, tool name, diff summary. Your actual file contents stay on your laptop. The agent loop runs locally; the relay only sees event names and small payloads needed to render approval cards.
